I am wahab Adisa Salau. I resides in Lagos Nigeria. I am into real Estate Business. I have been in business for over 30 years and I have been doing well since then due to our expertise knowledge.

My Business

As an Estate Agents, I do rent out properties to prospectives client. We do carry out renovation on properties in order to maximize profit. We also do develop property on behalf of our clients and take possession for a period of time.

Loan Proposal

This loan that am about to take will help me to renovate 3bedroom apartment that my principal award to me and rent it it to prospective clients immediately.

After, I will embark on aggressive marketing of my services as usual to get more clients.

Income Source

This is the business that I have been for over ten years. Though, economic climate is very tense now due to Covid 19 that ravaging every country now.

But, not withstanding. We must remain in business. Repayment will not be problem since after renovating one apartment, rent it out. We move to the next job. This is always a continuous process.

    The business environment is very tense now. Most of our debtors are not forthcoming.
    But arrangements have been put in place to offset the backlog and commence regular payment by 2nd week of November.
    I have been dealing with Zidisha for about three years without blemish.
    This is not bad debt. I will definitely pay all the debts because Zidisha is the best that one can rely when in need. Thank you.

    My clients have not been forthcoming.
    I loss my wife recently. Rashidat oluremi Salau recently. She can't be included in the abitrator panel . I will resume payment fully very soon.

    The loan am about to take will be used to renovate some apartment to a standard and rent them out to prospective clients.
    The loan would also be used to embark on online promotion of my business to get more potential clients.
