My name is Kenneth Moiy, a class seven drop out from Sotik primary school. I ended my education at that level having lacked finances. I was raised by a single mum who was also supporting my other siblings and thus i was hard for her to educate all of us. Having left school therefore, i decided to venture into transportation sector so as to make a living from it. i had skills in riding motorbike and my uncle employed me to ride his bike for him. i used to pay him 3 us dollars per day pocket the remaining amount that i generate each and everyday. That is how i started my transportation business. my hobby is
my Job is a boda boda operator in Sotik town rift Valley, i ferry people using my bike from place to place.
These services are useful in that it offers convenient transportation over short distance and for these very reason it's demand is always high. i chose these business having acquired skills in the same field from a friend who trained me using his bike.
From the profits that i make, i support my mother in educating my siblings well as save some money as i plan to buy my own motorcycle
Thank you so much for another big opportunity like this. I will use the 80 us dollars given by the organization to buy protection gear for myself. I will buy hell mate for 35 us dollars, chest guard for 20 us dollars and riding trouser and sweater for 30 us dollars. I will add some saving that i have to see through this purchasing.
It will give me protection against cold and bad weather conditions and also during the rainy season. This will help me work so well and make good money in return.
