My name is Moses Mashoko. I live in Lusaka's Chelston area. I am married to a Patricia and together we have three children.
Patricia works as a nurse at one of the local clinics. I am a businessman who hires out motor vehicles to individuals and companies.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, transport business has been slow, so I used some of the money which I borrowed from Zidisha lenders to open a grocery store.
My main business is selling household goods in my Shop which is located in Chelston township.
I sell various types of household goods, such as cleaning detergents, foodstuffs and soft drinks.
I plan to use the loan to buy several replacement parts required for one of my vehicles which I use for hiring to local and international clients.
The replacement parts are locally available so no need to pay import duties and other fees.
Business is going well and the festive season has brought good business to my company. My car hire business is very busy at this time.
