I am a businessman transiting from employment to entrepreneurship.
I source for spare parts and vehicles(Pick ups) from dealers and other entities to sale them to other customers who have a need.
I also acquire the vehicles(pick ups) through contracts (sale on Behalf), repair and make them road worthy then sale them to willing buyers (on on profit).
The vehicles are mostly sold to all levels of businesses (from low income to established businesses). This is because each business has its own unique need and budgets.
I am looking to expand into a full dealership within the next 5 years. Acquire my own vehicles and have a service point to work on purchased units.
As explained above, my income source will basically come from the difference between purchase of used cars, refurbishment to roadworthy standards and actual sale of the finished product.
Of course there will be an addition of labor cost, parts, warehousing and other expanses to reach the profit threshold.
I intend to grow the business from the profits made after repaying the principal amount of acquisition of the asset.
For now my cost is basically movement (fuel), refurbishment of acquired unit( Repairs and paint jobs), communication (airtime) and meeting venues.
I keep the cost low to get maximum returns on investment.
I buy vehicle spares from uganda and resale to customers in kenya at a profit
