About Me

I grew up in the rural areas of Kano plains in Kisumu county. I am a graduate from the University of Nairobi with 2nd upper hons in Bcomm Finance. Finding a job in our country has never been that easy but that does not mean we shouldn't think outside the box and thrive to achieve our goals.
I am a lover of fashion and so I have been doing fashion events hosting designers and help them to showcase their products to the general public at large. This journey has not been easy but I have always managed to rise above the storms that come with it.
My greatest ambition came to life when I once heard someone talk about brands that last, and he said that the "brands that last are those that touch people's lives". This is when I decided to take my fashion events to the next step and the business "Cherehani" was born.
In my home village we do live as a community and we really go well by the saying of sharing is caring, we are our brothers and sisters keepers in all and everything that we do. It makes life to look so easy and full of fun without any struggles.
My children, I guide them through life and when the time comes when they will be mature enough, I t will be my joy to see them make informed decisions on what their real passion would be in whatever they would want to venture into, they shall have my full backing and support. Right now all Ihave to do is to help shape and create that path for them.
I am really passionate about fashion and love to support and help grow women of the society, because in that way women form a backbone to our development and growth to a great extent.

Loan Proposal

I am going to buy 10 sewing machines which I shall then issue out as per our business plan to our members. These members are then going to start up ther sewing business and also take in our already available tailoring tenders for school uniforms and industry overall for several companies.
