My grandmother sponsored my education from primary school to Secondary school because my parents were not available. During my post secondary education, I worked as photographer to support my education.
Apart from my main job as agriculturist, I sell quality hybrid coconut seedlings to farmers as I share technical knowledge with them.
My children want to become health workers in future.
My hobbies are swimming and helping of the needy people and music.
I work as cocoa, plantain and coconut farmer. The cocoa beans and coconut fruits have ready market and fixed produce price. I decided to farm in order to practice the knowledge acquired in school.
My typical cost emanate from hiring of farm labour, purchasing of agro inputs, farm implement and means of transport to farm. I get my revenue from my salary, and sale of farm produce, cocoa beans.
I use the profit to support my childrens education, reinvestment into my farm business and helping other needy people especially, renewing of their health insurance for them.
The loan will be used to purchase brush cutter machine to enable me control weeds effectively and easily. This will also help me cut down my farm labour cost. Effective weed control could lead to an increase in the yield of my cocoa farm which intend leads to an increase in my farm income level, which will enable me to cater for my wards education and that of the vulnerable ones, thank you.
