About Me

My name is Betty Mulatya. I was born and raised in Nairobi but I currently live in Malindi. I am a real estate agent and currently run my own real estate and hospitality business called Perazim Kenya (www.perazimkenya.com; Facebook and Instagram: Perazim Kenya.) Perazim comes from the Bible story where David defeated his enemies in battle and named the battlefield Baal-Perazim, which means breaking through. I also operate a clothing and shoes business.

My Business

Perazim Kenya offers real estate investment opportunities at the coast of Kenya. We also offer property management services for residential and commercial buildings.

Loan Proposal

I run an online business called Alien Youth Designs, which basically offers unique and good quality bags and accessories. My customers prefer my products because they are unique and affordable. This is seen in how my products were sold out within a fortnight.
This got me thinking, "If I invest more, I will satisfy my customers, increase my market base and realize my business goals." This is the reason why I am requesting for this loan.
When I get this loan, I will be able to purchase more bags without compromising on the quality that my customers are used to. I will also be able to stock accessories for men and women. I plan to start with shoes, sun glasses and jewelry. My dream is to have an all inclusive one stop online shop that stocks clothes, footwear and accessories for all sizes and gender.

My estimated costs include the following:
1. Internet costs - $ 15
2. Transport costs - $ 5
3. Purchase of new stock for bags - $ 130

Despite the fact that I will still have a deficit of $ 56 dollars for purchasing of shoes, I am happy that this loan will be a huge step toward me reaching my business goals and offering the best option for good quality and affordable bags and other accessories.

The benefit that my business will realize will include: meet the demand for bags that my customers and their friends are constantly asking for, increase my capital to include shoes, sunglasses and jewelry and share my experience with my peers and the youth groups I work with so that they can truly see that an online business can actually work with the right investment, commitment, discipline and hard work.
