About Me

Hello, Zidisha community.
my name is Kasumba Mukala
I am an enthusiastic, ambitious, knowledge hunter and most especially a visionary.
I was raised in a world where you have to work hard to earn anything in life, and this led me to believe that there is no cheap labor in this world, because everyone is fighting for a cause.
I primarily draw my inspiration from my late father, he was a great example of hard work, I got to learn and see how we developed in our lives as a family because there was a time we used to wait on him to knock off from work and buy our supper and if he doesn't, it meant no supper for a family of 12 children. but surprisingly things got to change gradually as a family and after he got promoted and later retired and started this business of poultry in 2012, we never lacked, and this is because of hard work.
Today, I can proudly say that it is through this business that I was able to graduate my high school, got a certificate in cooperative development and management, and currently studying for a degree at a university, especially considering the fact that I am the last born in a family of 12.
Therefore this is a legacy I would like to continue in honor of my hard-working late father

My Business

Zambia now has over 1.5 million farmers. As a result, Kitwe city in the Copper belt province has approximately 80,000 farmers compared to 735,499 urban people in the province of 2, 362, 207.
With Most farmer households producing a variety of crops, livestock, and poultry goods locally, the demand exceeds supply. Consumer concerns regarding producer location, lack of credit facilities combined with recent Covid-19 restrictions, shortages, high cost of living, and low Agri-products, provide substantial obstacles to consumers. Therefore the shortage is filled by importing from outside the region or country to meet the demand.
To address this issue, as Endless Favor Enterprise, we will work to provide a variety of cost-effective Poultry products such as Broiler Chickens to consumers' doorsteps, including packaged chickens, and chicken portions in a variety, which would also help in food security and poverty, in the region.
Our minimum cost of production is ZMW 10,000 and after six weeks of production, we sell our Broilers ranging from ZMW 75 to ZMW 95 respectively. furthermore, the sales revenue is earned in a period of 2 weeks, and after selling our revenue amounts to ZMW 15000 to ZMW 18000, which means profit ranges from ZMW 5000 to ZMW 8000 per six weeks. We reinvest into the business by ordering more broiler chicks of about 170 and bags of feed consisting of 16 bags(6000), together with supplements such as boosters, vitamins, vaccines, and antibiotics(4000).
