About Me

Francis Agyei is my name, thirty one (31) years old. I was born and raised in Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. I am a married man with 3 children, 2 boys and a girl whose age is 14years, 11 years and 7 years respectively. I am dark in complexion and about 4.5 feet tall. I was able to complete my Senior High School Education before I ventured into blocks manufacturing which is currently my present occupation. The food I cherish most is fufu and palm nut soup with fish which is one of our favorite local foods here and the game I like to play and watch most is soccer and volley ball. I like listening to reggae music’s. I love to share the little that I have with anyone I meet in my way and always open to advice from anyone.

My Business

Concrete Blocks Manufacturer
I am an expert in the manufacturing of concrete blocks. I have been into this business for the past five years, by God’s grace and hard work I am able to establish my own concrete blocks factory. It was not an easy thing for me at the start but I manage to obtained a loan at one of our local banks named Opportunity International Saving and Loan LTD. I was able to use this loan to purchase 20 bags of cement, 2 trip of sand and a manual block moulding machine to begin work. Business has been going on successfully since then because people keep on building houses and many of these people prefer using concrete blocks for their buildings instead. I believe in quality of work and therefore produce quality blocks to my customers. I have no problem so far as the selling of blocks is concern because people are always at my disposal to buy it. I am blessed with 5 apprentices and 4 full workers who are working and learning as well. In fact this business has been a source of income for me and I have been using profit from my work to cater for my family and other people as well.

Loan repayment.
I will be able to pay my loan without any hesitation because; I am able to raised profit from the blocks I manufacture. The profit I earn is able to pay my loan for every week. I promise to pay every week without any delay because I understand the terms and condition of the loan perfectly.

Loan Proposal

If I am considered and granted this loan, I am going to use it to buy 500 bags of cement for my concrete blocks manufacturing. I am also going to use part of the loan to buy 5 trips of sand. Currently I have been assigned to make blocks for the building of a story building. The first floor is already build and I am to make block for the second and third floor. I produce quality blocks and people are always at my shop to buy blocks to build their houses. I use some of my profit to pay for children school fees and pay the workers who are with me. I therefore plead with the entire Lenders to come to my aid to help my blocks manufacturing factory stand outstanding among the others. Thank you very much for funding my loan.
