About Me

My name is Samwel Mwangi Ndungu. I reside in Solai near the shopping centre Plot Number 351 Solai Centre which also serves as the market place for the residence. I have a KCSE certificate and a certificate in computer application. I am a married man with four children who we live together as a family in the plot.

My Business

I have a shop at the centre where I sell a variety of items popularly known as Mali mali items and a common shop. Though the profit margin per item might be low, at the end of the day, I sell many items hence making a profit. I make a sale of about 1000 per day which when I subtract the expenditure gives me Kshs. 600 profit margin on daily basis which translate to ksh. 20000 per month from mali mali items and the shop. I also do dairy farming which produce milk for the family while the extra is sold. I sell about 4 litres of milk per day at ksh 40 per litre. I also farm maize, beans, potatoes and other greens for the family. I usually make about ksh. 30000 per season.

Loan Proposal

Receive my sincere gratitude for the past funded loan which improved my business. Now that my business is already in good position I want to turn to dairy farming where I want to buy one dairy cow to start with. This will cost me about Kshs. 60,000 to buy one cow which can produce 40 litres of milk. With this litres of milk I will sell it to the local neighbors at Kshs 30 per litre which will give m approximately 1000 daily. I will also build a modern zero grazing for the dairy cow and buy animal feeds. The rest of the money I will use in improving my business of farming. Thus buying fertilizer, good seeds and insecticides for my plants and also paying workers. The money will help me work well and I will be able to pay in time without any delay. Thank you.
