About Me
Hello, my name is Robert and I work in real estate. I have a few shops in development and wanted to construct more. I am requesting a loan so that I may put up more shopping structures as to grow my real estate business and income.
My Business
I work at real estate company which has two small shopping malls and over forty tenants. I'll be using this money acquired for the loan to create shopping kiosks using shipping containers ( 8-by-40 foot steel containers) The kiosks will be built in the rural l area of Limuru, to help the low working class have a place to sale they're goods and services thus increasing they're household income. My hope is to help my community and grow my business too.
Loan Proposal
I'll need to replace some roofing with some new materials (nails, timber, steel sheets, sealant, tarp etc .$292) also put in some new water pumps and water trunks ($321). After all that put in a new ceiling ($50) as the old have been destroyed by the old leaking roofs. With all this done I hope to have provided better and safer living conditions for the tenants. I'll be expecting new revenue from vacant houses to increase by 30%.
