About Me

My name is Wuura lorence.im from Nandom in the upper west region of Ghana. I'm recently married and with no kids yet. I have recently completed my apprenticeship and become a seamstress waiting to open my own shop to start my business for life.

My Business

I am a seamstress by profession. Though new and without a shop yet, I can boast of a good number of costumers rushing on me to sew their clothes for. It's really encouraging even in the house. I have already made close to 800ghc for these two months of sitting in the house.
It's also seasonal, like festive seasons a lot of money than none festive season.
I'm praying and hoping that zidisha will help me with some amount to open my shop soon.

Project Proposal

I'm grateful to the members of zidisha.
I am a qualified seamstress but don't not have a shop at a vantage point to sit and work. Because of this, people don't know of my work in the village thereby reducing the money I'm able to raise
If this loan is funded, I already have some amount which I will add to the loan to rent the shop at a vantage point in town and buy a table on which I will be doing the cutting and ironing as well. In view of this, it will help increase my revenue that I have been getting in the house .
