I started my business with my first salary which kept me going until I managed to open a second shop through hard work, bringing different cloths from South Africa and Tanzania. I have been busy trying to grow my business with new and better ideas. I now have a contract with Darling hair which makes me a distributor for Choma, Namwala and all the small towns.
My business is mainly focused on clothing, cosmetics and household items, e.g., carpets, curtains and any household material that a client orders. I am trying to grow my other shop that has a number of services by bringing more commission- based business like banking and take away which has started on a slower ground but is attracting a number of investors like Zesco (one of the biggest companies in Zambia) using a company called Kazang which has a number of services on one machine. With the demand of product and services that we offer, we are forced to close at 20:00 hrs (8pm). Due to the demand I have with the partnering of Zidisha, my business will surely have a story to tell with proper investment of the loan that will be awarded to me which I promise to pay according to the given time. My business has a story to tell, indeed, from the time I got the loan; I have signed up two more contracts which is Express Online and Kazang money transfer.
I will get more hair arrangements for my new business which I have signed up with Darling Zambia which I will update to my lenders as soon as I receive my loan. The other shop has been stable from the time I pumped in the first loan that I was given by Zidisha. It has been really helpful and I thank the lenders for the trust that was shown to me. I am working hard to try and pay back this second loan, which I hope the lenders will consider, within the short period of time. My kind of business is really busy -- at no particular season, it's all seasons. As for me, I see Zidisha taking me to greater heights. Thanking you in advance.
