About Me

My name is Dorothy Anyango being born in a family of Four siblings,I am the third born in our family and the only lady out off three guys.i went to Sotik Primary School and later joined Njoro Girls in Nakuru County,After my secondary School Education i joined the Eldoret Polytechnic for a Diploma in Textiles and Design.After graduating i joined my Aunty in Eldoret Town where she owns a Clothing and Design Shop ,i worked with her for one and a half years gaining experience .
I later moved to Sotik town where i started my own shop ,i started with makingdresses for ladies and young girls,after six months i started selling new clothes from our neighbouring country Uganda,starting this business it was not easy because i was not well financially but i consulted my mother whom supported me with some cash.
I love making new friends ,travelling ,attending fashion design shows and watching movies.

My Business

Currently i run a Boutique Shop in Sotik ,i started this business due to the passion of fashion design as the course that i have studied,when i came from Eldoret to this place Sotik i didn't have enough money to start up this business ,but my mother supported me with some cash and after about four months i had cleared all the money that she supported me with,in this business of mine i do make dresses ,selling of ready made clothes which i get them from our neighboring country Uganda .
This business currently i am operating it at a tune of 1100 USD ,and the good thing about this business especially in this locality ,their are very few shops of this kind because of the quality dresses i make and sell and the sales are good, making me to earn a good profit,the profit s in my business i use them to add more stocks,pay for my upkeep and have some little money to save for my upgrading.Thank you in advance for your kind support.
