About Me

Trained in business skills for youths at University of South Africa (UNISA)and University of San Diego (USD), California United States, and also as a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow, am involved in training youths to start own small businesses in remote community as an alternative to youth high unemployment in my country. I realized that life was all about sharing if we are to achieve more in this life, which is why i decided to create an empowerment scheme that strive to empower youths with skills and seed capital to enable them start their own businesses in future.
Traditionally, people in my community give birth to many children in a plea to have enough human resource to help the family into Agriculture. But with the economic hardships that has hit our globe, parents are not able to save for their children and majority of the children cannot find jobs after school. Each year, 5600 pupils in Mazabuka District alone are on record of completing school and the number is even bigger considering those others that are not recorded.
I would like to see children growing as responsible global citizens that will be part of global revolution in making sure that the world becomes a better place for us all, free from crime, discrimination, corruption, pollution and climate degradation. This will be achieved if parents, pupils, teachers and corporate business participate in the Business & Leadership Development Plan (https://web.facebook.com/MazabukaYouthEntrepreneurInitiative/?ref=settings) which provides skills training and seed capital to children as they grow.

My Business

My Business 'Chipapa Empowerment Scheme' is an entrepreneurship development hub that builds capacity of pupils at tender age to help them gain business skills. Upon graduating from secondary school, the scheme deploy youths into various business activities they have developed and fund then so that they become employed to the scheme as production agents.
This is done through the implementation of the 'Business & Leadership Development Plan' which is technically designed to identifies talent, creativity, innovation and technology in ordinary children and with a help of a mentor (Parent/Guardian) transform them into a viable business plan while raising funds through crowed funding to finance a community Wholesale Distribution . The Community Wholesale Distributor latter on acts as marketing centre for daily consumable products and in future will buy products for resale to its graduates.
To achieve this goal, our Business is looking for a Loan of $25,000 risk capital required by statutory body to run such ventures as insurance or Bank.
We are also looking for an equity partners to create a joint venture with us.

Loan Proposal

As Chipapa Empowerment Scheme, we are developing a local Youth Development Hub that train skills to youths at tender age (especially Girls and Women) and also help them generate Seed Capital that will enable them to venture into self-employed in future. Any loan that we get, we use it to engage new members to enroll to the scheme until such a time when we shall build a bigger crowed that will collectively invest in an Income Generating Activity (Community Wholesale Distributor). The IGA requires $25,000 to act as sales agent for manufacturing companies so that every person who buy, will save and make use of our slogan"Save as you Buy" We are a growing team, so far we have over 135 new members who by their subscription raise the revenue for the scheme.
