    I will use the loan to clear my children school fees, it will help me to avoid embarrasment from the properiatress for my children not paying their fees, my lenders am so happy for the loan and also for receiving the loan faster than I expected, am so grateful, may keeps blessings you all.

    With this loan I have purchased alot of things like tea, milk, golden morn etc,it has made alot of differences in my business, like rate of my source of income has come up, my weekly earning has come up to 50000, it also helped me when i was running helther scelther looking for my children school fees, but finally i was very happy to got a loan from zidisha and the debt was cleared, my neighbors were surprised about my progress but i have to introduce them zidisha organization.

    I used the loan to increase my business, infact ever since i started collecting loan from zidisha i experienced great difference in my business, my earnings increased very well, it has increased my business from half shop to full shop, I used to buy some other goods, it also helps to meet up with my family needs and myself, I spread the good news of zidisha to my neighbors and my business partners. Am so grateful to know about zidisha, infact zidisha is of very very very much helpful to me and my family. Zidisha organization keep the good work going.

      Hello,

      Please don't confuse the ordinary lenders
      with the Staff (a.k.a. "the Team": www.zidisha.org/team).

      Although the two (2) current members of the Staff
      also are lenders, most lenders *aren't* on the Staff.

      The Staff almost never visits the borrower-lender Discussion page of any individual borrower, as I mentioned to you previously, so this page *isn't* the correct place to send a note to them.

      The ordinary lenders cannot help with anything technical and/or administrative.

      The Staff (a.k.a. the "Team": www.zidisha.org/team)
      on the Zidisha platform functions as the intermediary
      between the lenders and the borrowers.

      As I also mentioned to you previously, you would have to contact the Staff through the HELP link in your account. If there's an option there to create a support ticket to send privately to them, then you should do that. If there isn't, and you're only redirected to the public Forum, then if you haven't already done so, you should post in the "Borrower Questions" section of the Forum to let the Staff (a.k.a. "the Team") know you still haven't received your Net Disbursement.

      Whenever you post in the Forum, please be aware that you likely wouldn't receive a personal reply from the Staff (you may, but probably you wouldn't), as that's very rare. The reason is because currently there are only two (2) people on the Staff (the "Team"), while there are hundreds of thousands of Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders), all with a HELP link in their account, too.

      Rest assured, though, that the Staff *does* see the messages in the Forum each business day (U.S.A. Eastern Time-Zone) and sometimes on the weekend, too. If they don't reply to you personally, then just keep checking your account periodically to find out when they've resolved your issue.

      P.S.: There is no need to attach a "selfie" to any request for assistance from the Staff. However, anytime you encounter a technical issue, then whenever you see an error message, you should take a screenshot of the error message and attach that to your inquiry, as that can help the Staff to resolve your issue faster.
