About Me

My names are David Owen Andhoga born in 1978 in Naivasha town. I started school in 1985 and later drop out in 1994 in form 2 due to lack of school fees. I later join working at a garage where I was trained as mechanic I later left the garage and joined computer training college with the money I got from the garage. When finishing my course I was employed as a tutor in the same college. Where I worked for few years.
a gain I joined driving school where I obtained my driving licence and later got a job as ataxi driver. I joined a sacco where I aquire a loan to buy my first old taxi.
Naivasha is a market town in Nakuru County, Kenya, lying north west of Nairobi. It is located on the shore of Lake Naivasha and along the Nairobi - Nakuru highway and Uganda Railway.
am married and one son who would want to be a pilot he is 7 years old.
my hobbies are travelling making new friends and listening to cool music.

My Business

Currently I am doing taxi and car hire services in nairobi where I shifted from 2008 after the post election violence which erupted in our country. Currently I own two small cars to help me do this business of taxi and car hire. I employ one driver. I used my profit to pay school fees for my son I have two employees who work for me a caretaker of my home and a driver whom we work with in nairobi. Also I have bills to cater for.
The loan i got from Zidisha lenders really helped me alot in painting my cab, I increased the profit by making my cab looks better now i can get more clientele cause my cab looks nice. When I get more funds from my valuable lenders, i am looking forward to pay for my cab premium insurance which is expiring in a weeks time and it is a must for all cars to have in kenya. the premium insurance of my cab cost $200 but i will be able to get some more funds from my savings. If I get more and the business grows, Iam planning to have a complete tour firm with vans and buses. and i would like all my lenders to come and i will take them to Maasai Mara, Naivasha Hells gate park and even all over our beautiful country kenya to see our rich culture and am looking forwad this will be soon.

Loan Proposal

This money will help me to service my taxi which I stated to serviced with the first loan you disbursed to but it wasn't enough. It will be of great help to me because when my cab is in good conditions, my clientele will be happy to ride with me and this will be of helpful to maintain my clients and even also have new ones to ride with my cab.
