About Me

Mercy Chanda is my name and am a single lady doing business to sustain myself. I finished grade 12 but couldn't go to college because of money problem. I come from a family of 4 and am the first born.

My Business

I started business so that I can help my mother take care of my siblings. I run a sales shop where I sell clothes and curtains/floor mats. Business has has been rough but with help from Zidisha..I can do better.

Loan Proposal

I need a loan of K726 I need to order sewing materials which can be used for making locally made face masks. There is demand for washable face masks especially for children in schools. These materials can also be used to make school uniforms. I will make sure I go out and advertise them so that I sell quickly.

Income Source

I am determined to sell clothes and also sewing materials. In the wake of covid19 and the need for washable masks people need sewing materials. I am confident I will sell and repay my loan.
