About Me

My names are Beauty Luchendo. I was born in 1975 and completed my secondary school education and proceeded to do a course in business administration.
Upon completion of my course, i worked for a NGO (World vision) for 3 yrs and when my contract ended thats the time i decided to start a business.
In my community everyone is a brothers keeper such that when certain opportunities come, people get to be informed about it.
I have 2 children and they are all grown up and working.

My Business

I run a business of a shop at my house where i stock charcoal, foodstuffs like potatoes, dry fish, dry kapenta, eggs and groceries. this type of business is useful because almost everyone in my community need them and because the market is far from where we live, most people come to my shop for the supplies.
The money i make from selling is reinvested in the business and 20% of daily sales i keep in my account.the business is also helping to build my house and daily upkeep.

Loan Proposal

with the loan am applying for, i want to restock the shop with some bags of charcoal, to add to the few remaining ones. charcoal business has proven to be more profitable especially during this rain season as the demand for the commodity has gone up, and it is one way of making fast money in the business.

Income Source

its true many businesses face challenges during this time of economic hardships, but with charcoal most household have resorted to using charcoal because of high cost of power and most people cannot manage to use electricity for cooking. as at now charcoal is among the fast moving consumer goods at the moment and am guaranteed of good sales and profits.
