About Me

I am a graduate teacher and attained this academic level through running a small shop in my small cottage back in the village immediately after my secondary education. this enabled me pay my accommodation and my food while at the university.
i started by selling sweet potatoes i bought directly from farmers and sold to travelers at the market later when i had enough money which was only ksh. 3000.00, i started the shop business.

My Business

I am currently mixing both farming and running a shop that deals with a range of services. i bought an m-kopa solar which is helping me charge phones in the village giving me an average of ksh. 700.00 per week. this has been very interesting as our village is far from electricity and this gave me the advantage of offering phone charging services.
i use the income to build capital in my shop and i am planning to run a supermarket in the next one year.
my sugar cane are ready for harvest and i have completed repaying my first loan. i am applying for my second loan to enable me meet my target by end of September 2016. By that time i will have harvested canes, saved good money though my shop to run a supermarket. i have already identified the location for my supermarket and in October there will be good flow of cash as many farmers will have harvested maize and canes. this will enable me make quick sales for my shop to stabilize before the planting season in March 2017

Loan Proposal

My second loan is aimed at increasing the stock i have in my shop to help me earn more profile with an increased capital base.
I have in the last four (4) months saved 1|8 of the capital i need to start a supermarket.
The extra capital i am seeking to raise through a loan is to help me invest more to increase my capital base and in turn minimize the expenses of buying in small quantities thus maximize profit to enable me save towards my dream business (supermarket)
