Loan Proposal

This time I just want to get a brand new smart phone that is much higher than what am using currently, fast in internet connection that takes little time to load a page, hence it will make my time easier connecting with people around the world. Projects that I intend to venture in with that phone I crave for it will be so nice if you reconsider my application.
