I am Ian Okumu from Kenya,a student trying to improve people's lives around me and myself. Am from Western Kenya and I love it here. Am currently almost done with tertiary education and can't wait to venture further into life's horizons.

My Business

I do fast food business selling cakes and french fries .I love my job, taking small steps and offering the best service I can to my customers. I started my business in 2018 with the little I had and was inspired by Robert Koyasaki's book "rich dad poor dad" and I have never looked back. Am eager to grow and inspire others.

Project Proposal

High cost of electricity is a big impediment to success of any business that runs on it. With your help I seek to purchase a solar panel and a battery for lighting and power one of my cooking equipment. This will thus help in lowering the input cost and increase my profits.

    I will purchase a solar panel, later on add other batteries to increase the voltage and capacity of use with more electricity consuming appliances.
    This will help lower my electricity bill which is currently so high and unsustainable for the running of the business and shall be a worth investment

    To grow myself and people around me I decided to start a bakery business, specialising in baking cakes. I have been able to make sales and am gradually growing. I ask for your support to expand further by buying more baking equipment and stock, I appreciate your support.
