About Me

I am a Kenyan citizen who grew in Kisii county in a village called Keumbu where i undertook my primary education from a school known as Nyamagwa Primary School and secondary school called Kereri Girls High School.
After high school, i undertook my Bachelors degree in Commerce in Meru University by then a constituent university of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology(JKUAT) and completed the course in 2013.
Normally, aftrer campus the next thing what a person thinks is looking for a job and surely that is what i did. I got job in a college which after three months was closed down. I went back to the world of hustling for almost five months without success and that is when my husband came up with an idea of starting a cyber.
fortunately he had some savings in Kenya women micro finance and he took a loan of Ksh. 80,000. with the amount we managed to buy two computers and a printer, two chairs , paid rent and deposit and did partitioning for the computers and then we started.
I love adventure and learning new things each and everyday and with the cyber business i have really achieved this. Technology changes everyday and this makes me to know more and learn more.

My Business

In my cyber, i offer a variety of services which are and not limited to:
photocopying , printing, typesetting, scanning, lamination, binding, computer lessons, instant passport, photo printing, installation of software, nhif application and other online services .
I chose this kind of business because i realized there was no cyber around my area and we used to go far to get the services.
The location of my cyber is the best, i can say. it is a growing estate and the population is growing each and everyday. With the growing population i would like to add more computers so as to be able to serve all my customers satisfactorily.
The costs involved are internet, buying ink, photocopying papers and the revenue is good as it ranges between Ksh. 1,000-Ksh. 3,000 per day.
My first cyber branch was in 2014 and now with the profits i gain, i have used them to open two other branches and expanding the main branch. So far it has six computers and two printers.
