Hi Annliz - you appear to be badly in arrears. Have you been in touch with Zidisha or your lender to reschedule maybe to a more manageable level?

    Dear Annliz Karendi,

This is a final notice that we did not receive your loan repayment of 43,900 KES, which has been past due since Feb 1, 2019. Your loan is scheduled to be transferred to a collection agency, including listing your name with the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), on Apr 28, 2019.

Please make the past due payment immediately following the instructions below. If you are unable to make the past due payment immediately, you may use the 'Adjust Installment Amount' page of your member account at the Zidisha website to reduce the past due repayment to an amount you can easily pay.

If you do not adjust the installment or we do not receive the past due amount by Apr 28, 2019, action will be taken including listing your name with the CRB, preventing further access to loans from lending institutions in the future.

      Dear Annliz,
although this sounds quite serious I beg you: please don't give up! There are many lenders who are very proud of you and what you achieved! Unfortunately I don't know where the problem is "in the system", but may I advise that you write an email to [email protected] and explain the problem. Also try to reduce your installments as low as possible to take the pressure out of this escalation. I will write to Julia, founder and director of Zidisha, who I contacted in the past already and who is always willing to help.
      Good luck and stay safe,
      Marcus

      Hi Annliz,

I'm so sorry about this. We are investigating why our records show that the second tranche of your loan was paid out but you did not receive it. We'll correct the record as soon as possible.

Going forward, if you need to get in touch with our team please use the Help page and choose "Disbursement not received" if applicable.

      Thanks,

      Julia

      Hi Annliz,

It seems that there was an error on the part of the payment service we had been temporarily using for disbursements while our Mpesa account was out of service. They reported that a larger amount was disbursed, but in fact only KSH 70,000 was sent. We have corrected your loan account now to reflect the amount that was actually disbursed. The amount owed is the 70,000, plus the fees that were deducted from the loan principal. I'm so sorry again for the error.

    Dear Annliz,
Your loan still shows as "Pending disbursement" and no repayments have been received. Did you manage to find out what the problem is?
    Best wishes!

I purchased beauty products for sale. It has made a great difference in my business because customers are attracted by somewhere where they get everything in one stop. This means when they come for services they also buy the products they will use the same place. This way my revenues have increased a bit far. The earnings I get I continue buying necessary things which are needed to keep business expanding. I will share this good news to friends and family so that they can also benefit from it. My holidays I take my kids somewhere we spend a weekend.
