I am Miriam- married with one kid. I am the third born in a family of five and I am currently residing at Ngata bridge of Nakuru county.
I studied a diploma course in sales and marketing at Zetech college and have since been looking for employment. A year and a half ago, prior to my husband loosing job, we established a fashion shop at Njoro town where I sell all types of clothes.
As a primary source of income, the business has helped me support the family.
I spend my free time reading informative and inspirational articles and visiting friends and family.
I have a fashion shop at Njoro town where I sell clothes. The shop is about 15 kilometers away from Nakuru town and has a good population. The first loan helped me increase the stock of children wear which was important especially during the festive season when the demand was high. I am planning to build on this stock and even introduce shoes in my shop.
The business has been good- almost getting to two years now since we started and has helped gather for the family after my husband lost the job.
Thank you lenders for your noble work and specifically for the first loan you gave me. It helped me increase the stock of clothes over Christmas season.
Right now I would like to introduce shoes in my shop. I plan to start with children's shoes then later grow to sell other types.
I will therefore use all the second loan together with my little savings to purchase new children's shoes on whole sale as soon as possible.
I will target cheap pairs which cost an average of $5.5- ussually school shoes and I expect a net profit of about $1 for each pair I intend to sell.
All my profits will go to repaying the loan and savings for future projects within and outside the shop.
