I talked to Elijah and he is experiencing problems in his business due to the pandemic. However he promised to pay his arrears before the end of this week. We talked about him reducing his instalments and the need for on time repayments. I wished him well as I encouraged him to keep safe, observe the health rules as stipulated by ministry of health to be safe from corona

Mr Kungu promised to repay, but I have explained what on time repayments means, not paying lump-sum dues in arrears, but paying for the installments when they're due, and if he wants to pay ahead of time it means no weekly installment should fall in arrears for more than two days from the due date, so the lump-sum payment should cover a period such that it takes care of the this rule.
