looks like your have not yet made last payment that was due on 22nd Feb - see the screenshot below. If you have made it already, it has not been received for some reason.

If you have made payment, you need to have someone in Zidisha look at this. For that, log into the app and you will see a HELP button/link. Use that to send message to Zidisha Support. Include details of the payment.

I have been sent a message which I still don't understand. Where in particular did I go wrong. I'm already stressed up because of mine research and don't need more. I'm very disappointed.

    Thanks Laurie. I tried the HELP page when i clicked others I was asked to contact my volunteer mentor instead. So I tried other boxes to see if I could get a place to send a message but didn't get that either. So I went to the borrower forum but had no response that's why I came here but just like you suggesting will try it again. Thanks for your concern and the information.

I don't know what is happening with Zidisha. I've paid the money but still keep getting notification to pay. Please Zidisha team do something about this. Because it's delaying my next loan.

Thanks to my lenders. I have paid fully but having issues on my dashboard. Was supposed to make the last payment of 414g Ghana cedis but I had 527 instead, tried reporting but can't raise a support ticket either so I have paid what I'm due 414GHS hope they fix the problem

Especially when they smile or hug you while showing their gratitude. Nurses and Doctors are needed all over the world so you are warmly welcomed to the team.

I was able to attend the workshop, even though there was a delay with the disbursement. I took money from a friend attended the workshop and paid her back when I finally got the disbursement. Thanks for the helping me to gain more knowledge in research

Hello Anonymous, sorry I've not been able to update you on the use of the funds you lent me. Unfortunately after accepting the loan on the 1st of November, till now I haven't received the disbursement but I've notified the Zidisha team. Thanks for the funds and hope the disbursement will push through soon
