About Me

My name is Raymond Gameli and I come from Keta in the Volta Region of Ghana. I am into fish farming as well as other businesses like buying and selling. I live t Nungua Buade my wife, four daughters and one son, namely Emmanuela, Rhoda, Anna, Clenda, and kofi. Emmanuella is my first born and she is in Junior High School ( J.H.S 3), that is her final year in high school. My wife is a seamstress by profession. Even though I stay in Nungua, my fish farm is in Akuse.I have employed the services of someone to take care of my fish farm. One of my visions is to train and help the youth who are interested in this venture and by so doing help increase fish farmers in Ghana.

My Business

I am a fish farmer as well as a businessman. I do buy and sell goods like fertilizers and herbal food products. I am also partnering with Benjamin Ghansah and Gloria Mensah in a long term investment business to help bring employment to the youth in our country. Even though I stay in Nungua, my fish farm is in Akuse. I have employed the services of someone to take care of my fish farm.I have been into fish farming for the past 6years. I have dreams of expanding the fish farm as well as dublicating the business in other localities in Volta Region. Whenever there is harvest, the people in Akuse become excited because they get to buy the fish at relatively cheap prices compared to the ones sold on the market. I visit my farm once in every two weeks to check on the progess and I also go there when there is a harvest.

Loan Proposal

I am into fish farming as well as other businesses like buying and selling . Even though I stay in Nungua, my fish farm is in Akuse. I have employed the services of someone to take care of my fish farm.I have been into fish farming for the past 6years. . I visit my farm once in every two weeks to check on the progess and I also go there when there is a harvest. . I have dreams of expanding the fish farm as well as dublicating the business in other localities in Volta Region and I got inspired by this after I have harvested my first batch of fish. My fishes have not yet matured for harvesting. I need this loan to support my daughter’s education in terms of school fees. I have been able to pay the fees of my other four children except for Emmanuella, my first born. She is in her final year in the Junior High school and at this stage, everything the teachers teach in class is beneficial as far as her final exams is concerned. I would be very glad if Zidisha grants me this loan because will also give her a sound mind to study with joy and pass her final exams in April without being sacked from class. Thank you.
