About Me

I am a twenty three years old lady, human resource management graduate and a young determined entrepreneur. I am the third born in a family of four and am currently self employed. Upon completion of my university studies, I got a job in a tourist resort and conducted my job well and appropriately for two consecutive years and saved some capital to start my own job. My mother is also a business lady and has invested in selling flowers and decorations. I always assisted her in sales during major events like graduation and wedding ceremonies.

My Business

My business is all about selling flowers and decorations during major events such as graduation and wedding ceremonies. I have a wide range of experience and skills acquired from my mum's business since I have assisted her for quite a long time and observed all the processes involved and the market procedures. I therefore saved some capital from my previous employment and started the same business. I normally purchase the product right from the flower farms around Naivasha and then keep an updated calender on graduation dates of several universities and colleges within my reach. My business has been running smoothly all through and currently faring very well. I however need some boot up in my capital base so as to be in a position to reach more customers including Nairobi and Mt.Kenya region where there are a large population of learning institutions.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders, I am so grateful for your help. I have made a progressive improvement in my flowers and decorations business. I have managed to explore new market fields and have increased sales efficiently. I now plan to buy a mobile tent which I will be moving with it to the targeted market. I will decorate it to look attractive and that's where i will be operating from at the heart of every event/occasion I attend. I will then use the remaining funds to buy small music system which will be used to create awareness of my presence.
