my business is mobile plumbing on the building sites for plumbing.i live kaloleni kilifi county at chalani sub location. my business has a good demand here because many peoples are building houses either for renting purposes or for themselves to live in. my customers prefer my business because i give them good and proper well work done.this business is profitable because once i get a contract then i first make my calculation like my job running expenditure and what the items or tools will cost and on top of that i put my services or labor charge which will be reasonable to me and the one who is giving me the contract or the business.the risks that am facing is only when there is buildings constructions around then during this time is when i miss business and this one of the risks am facing sometimes.my typical monthly cost is ksh 45,000 and my revenues is ksh,75,000 that is my monthly profit is ksh30,000.
thank so much for having approved my loan application at last. i have been waiting for this to happen long time. with this first loan am going to use this amount of money to buy some water pipes so that by the time i have a contract i will be able to use this item of which i be getting income in both sides of the pies and on the contracting sides.
