am prisca pola born in mwarakaya in chonyi .currently i live in kisauni mombasa . i sat for my kcpe the year1990 and joined mazeras secondary in 1991 where i droped out in 1992 due to school fees problem. then i joined kisauni polythecnic in 1994 where i did certificate in cosmetology.i was then employed in a saloon in 1999 where i started helping my young brothers and sisters. i worked for two years then i opened my saloon in 2004 upto now where i get my money to help my family. i my saloon i deal with beatytherapy and cosmetic products,. i help my family and improve on the business with the eanings.

My Business

my business is called pola saloon .i deal with cosmetic products and some girls clothings, i also offer the beatytherapy and saloon services.i started the business when thre was no such business but now there is high competition but due to hhigh population there is demand of the services i offer. i have customers that i started with and have remained loyaly to me because i offer credit services to them. the profitabilit of the business depends on the no of customers i serve and the chargesb onthe servises. in a monthy i can get atleast kes 40000 and the monthly expenses acrue to kes 9000 and the least profit iskes 31000

Loan Proposal

i wil use 30% of my loan if granted to improve on the out side look of my premises so as to attract more customers ,because i know publicity is important to any business. in this half of it will be paid to the artist who will be responsible for painting and branding, the other half will be used to purchase the the materials like colours of different brands and any other requirements for the same. 65% will be used to to improve the stock of cosmetics and the 5% will be used for small expenses like transporting the items to the shop. thanks as you think of helping me
