My names are Eunice Waweru, I am a Kenyan single Lady aged 28, second born in a family of five. I started my primary school education at the age of six in subukia in nyandarua county in 1992, at a school known as kihingo , I studied there for eight years up the level of standard 8, I later joined st anns secondary school near Nakuru town for four years till 2003, after school I went looking for employment where I got a job with bedi fabrics a company located in the industrial area of Nakuru town I was in charge of packaging of finished products ready for the market. I worked there for 4 years. During this time I was able to help my parents to educate our other siblings who were still in school. In the year 2010, I decided to quit employment and try my hand in self employment to try and make that would be of sustenance to my needs. I am blessed with one child, a son whom I love so much.
With my little savings from my previous employment, I rented a stall inside highway towers in Nakuru town and started a business of selling New Clothes. I started this kind of business after I realized there was great demand of new clothes among the locals in Nakuru town something I learned when I was employed in the fabric factory. This made me to capitalize on the demand. Nakuru town is a major agricultural center with many inhabitants making everyday like a beehive activities. My business does well because I am able to pay for my house rents both the shop and the house I live in. I am also able to educate my child and meet the payments of all my bills while I support my aging parents. I usually buy my clothes from the many factories in Nairobi and from direct importers where I am able to get them at a cheaper price a benefit I pass over to my customers making my business preferable than those of my competitors. The most challenging task my business faces is luck of enough capital to stock more fashionable clothes to meet my customer’s demands. I can be able to overcome the same with zidisha platform.
Thanks zidisha for giving me another chance to make a loan application. i now have an opportunity to improve my business and increase my turnover for higher profits. for this loan i will spend $50 to buy stock of new clothes for ladies and another $50 for men clothes. this will give me a profit of $60 wich i will keep on rolling over for even bigger profit margin. this help me to pay back my loan on time while maintaining a good relationship with my lenders, be blessed as you contribute towards filling my bids.
