About Me

I'm Anthony Nyongesa, a third born of Gabriel Mumdulu, I completed Secondary school in 2010 and started doing manual jobs for wages. The challenges I was going through were my stepping stones that made me to start farming activities which is my main source of income.
I have 3 kids that depend on me, a wife and my niece is living in my homestead. I am God fearing man, I enjoy helping vulnerable people in my area. This give me strength and hope of succeeding in my project.

My Business

I earn 40 USD per week. From selling of milk, selling of eggs and vegetables
amounts to 16 usd per month. I manage to save 20 usd and the remaining usd I reinvest some and use around 10 usd for upkeep and paying of loans.

I am planning to start a large dairy farm and start supplying milk to people in the town next to me.

Loan Proposal

I'm going to purchase 10 hens worth 40 usd, seeds for growing worth 100 usd, livestock feeds with 60 usd.

By the end of first week my income will increase by 20 usd.

Income Source

I'm working in a security company called Ismax as a releaver, most of the time I work at night, per month I earn 10 usd which I can use to repay the loan.

I purchased eggs, incubator for hatching chicks, added paultry stock.
The incubator has really helped me, I managed to hatch 60 chicks within three weeks which I sold 1 usd each and managed to clear Zidisha loan.
I have added more fertile eggs to the incubator using Zidisha funds and j have applied for another one which is being funded.
On weekend I went to my church when we had harambee and I gave some donation to buy more seats.

I will purchase eggs to hatch them in my incubator.
The egg will hatch into chicks which I will sell to the potential customers to earn money. The money I will earn will expand my project and repay the loan too.
Thank you lenders for the loa.

I managed to buy chicken and an incubator, the incubator is really helpful. I have managed to generate money from selling the chicks to the neighbouring community. The money I got is the one I have used to repay the loan. I'm really happy with Zidisha.
