About Me

My name is Betty Chepkemoi Bii.I was born in the year 1989.By today i am 25 years old.I am single,a mother of one girl called Quincy Chebet.I reside at Ngata,Nakuru County,Kenya.I started schoolling at Sobea Hills Academy and did my final examinations at the same school in the year 2003 and i scored 341 marks.I was the top five student to score the highest marks in that years final exams in our School. In the following year,i was enrolled at Mama Ngina Girls High School in form one and did my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education final examinations and attained a C plain in the year 2007.Since i did not perform as per my parents expectations,My parents did not take me to the University and instead they enrolled me at the Tracom College for the Catering Course, which was a good idea for me too. After three years of college life i graduated with a Distinction in Catering.

My Business

After my college life,i had to look for an employment since i was big enough to cater for my own daily needs.I was employed for a contract basis at Merica Hotel for two years in a position of Head chef.I had to work keeping in mind that one day i will open my own business in a hotel industry. Finally through the help of my Uncle my dream came true one morning as i can vividly remember it was on October 2011.I was as happy as a queen to join the business of my own like other owner across the region. It wasn’t easy for the first few months because most of the customers around the town had been used to going only one hotel. So it was a challenge and later i introduced free snacks for every ksh.100 spent .With time they came in large numbers and i had managed to serve them up to date. The business is profitable although sometimes i face some financial challenges.Through the help of Zidisha Organization,my hotel will be more mordernized in terms of serving my clients with new recipes and also buying new chairs for my hotel. It is my prayer that the Zidisha Microfinance will keep my dream alive.Thank you so much.

Loan Proposal

Thank you zidisha team for making an effort to boost my hotel business.Once the zidisha team lends me with the loan,I will inject all the funds into my business and make sure my hotel looks modern by buying more new chairs and also increase the volume of my daily sales target.I assure the whole zidisha team and the lenders in particular, not to let you down, once my payment dates arrives.Thank you very much and welcome for the loan funding.

    Hi Betty,

I hope your hotel business is doing well.

Can you update us on the status of your loan? Currently your page is showing the loan due for full repayment by the end of this week but I see from the comments that you have rescheduled it.

    Regards

    Jason

How are you doing Zidisha Organization and all the lenders? It is my hope that you are doing fine.Back here in Kenya i am also fine and sound. My business also is doing good and i have already stocked my hotel with more food stuffs and bought some chairs to cater more clients at the same time.
I was requesting the zidisha team about my account which has been saying that it has expired. The reason for this,i really don't know.Kindly rectify these so that i can know the repaying date.Thank you all and have a Happy Valentine Day.
