I am Emmanuel Kibor 26 years old born and raised in a village called kamosong in chepkorio sub-county by a single mother i have one sibling ,i attended kamosong primary school and later joined bishop delany secondary school in eldoret town in 2005. after high school i joined alphax college and graduated with a diploma in information communication technology in 2013.raising both my secondary school and college fees was so hard for my mum. one year later after finishing college i was not able to secure employment so i worked as a freelance computer technician and web developer and raised a little capital to start my own shop for computer repair and maintenance.
I come from the highlands of elgeyo marakwet county and our community does believe so much about self employment so getting financial support to start a business is a bit hard currently am working hard to change that
Currently am no yet married bt hoping in a year or two I will get married.
My hobbies include networking, watching and playing football, basketball and love reading articles both in magazines and online

My Business

My business is called Kibbz Computer repair based in eldoret town. I provide desktop and laptop repair services and maintenance on daily basis I receive 10-15 customers weekly.my services include replacement of LCD screens of laptops,motherboards, Hardware Diagnostic and Repair, Backlight Replacement and software installment I charge minimum of $15 for checking and diagnostic and $20-60 depending on the level of the computer problem. I have employed one person and I pay him $ 120 per month.My monthly turn over is $600 and my operational cost is approximately $350 that include rent $120 electricity $30 salary for employee $ 100 internet service $50 and miscellaneous $50 .my monthly profit ranges from $250- $300. I use the profit to reinvest in growing my repair shop and marketing.i use social network Facebook, twitter and whatsapp to engage with my customers and market my services , currently am bulding a website for my business

My business has been Growing Steadly and to improve efficiency am applying for a Small Loan To Buy a Desktop computer and Thermal Printer, Rolls and Subscription for POS system. I will Use the Money Basically to buy The Equipment and Subscription
