My name is Martin Opoku, a native of Brong Hafo -Techiman. I started my formal education in Techiman. I have married and have two kids. When my father died, out of my share of the property, I used part of the money to start the business.
I remember when I was child we asked someone to close their eyes for some time and asked the person to open his or her eyes, and when he finds one then we will give the follower some coin to be given to a old woman, in order to get a blessing from her.
As I said, I am chemical seller. I started with a small capital and now I need Zidisha to help me grow my business. I buy drugs and sell them to get profit and to help the sick people. I also try to reduce poverty in my area, and also help the needy people. I will use the profit of my business to pay my children's school fees and also to grow my business. Because of faithfulness, my suppliers also give my goods on credit so for now I need Zidisha to help me grow.
Since I joined Zidisha, this is my 5th loan I just completed. It improved my business and also I have achieved 4 acres of land from the profit I got from Zidisha loans. It has helped me and my family and the community. Thank you very much. May God bless you all.
