My name is Stephen Kudolo and I come from Ho in the Volta Region of Ghana, West Africa. I am a graduate of Ghana Journalism Institute where I studied journalism. I am a farmer by profession and present sports on radio as well on part time basis. Since my infancy, I always follow my Dad to the farm and I realized that I get excited anytime I am working in the farm so I decided to take it further by reading books on agriculture and also attending seminars and doing courses on farming. It was there I realized that farming isn't just about providing food for your family but a profession so I developed a high interest in taking what I love doing thus farming to another level by becoming a Proffessional farmer who will use modern technology in farming. Its my biggest dream to be the best farmer, supplying farm products especially food to the world. I'm married with 3 children.
I'm a professional farmer who have plantain farm, banana farm, cocoyam, Cassava farm etc and I also market my farm produce myself. I have been in this farming business for more than 10 years now. It is my strong desire and wish to be the best farmer in Ghana and Africa, to create employment for the teaming youth and provide food for the world so I am highly determined. Aside the crops and vegetables that I farm, I am also planning of going into animal rearing and fish farming in the near future. I also want to go in to greenhouse farming in the near future.
I want to use the loan to add to some money to buy some fertiliser and also use some to hire workers to harvest maize.
Because of the farming, Covid-19 hasn't affected farmers like that so we are working therefore paying the loan won't be much of a problem since we have demands on the rise for farm products.
