I was born in 1961 in a village called Soget forest which is in Kericho county. I joined my primary education in 1971 in Soget primary school and sat for my primary education certificate in 1977. In 1978 to 1981 I was in secondary school. I managed to join the higher level in 1982 and 1983,(form 5 and form 6) After leaving the school I stayed at home helping my parents farming and other things up to 1990. In 1991 I was employed as a shop keeper for only two years. In 1993 my parents bought a garden at Kimangu farm in Nakuru county where we are up to date. I am staying with my parents taking care of them because they are very old. I am blessed with 4 children (two boys and two girls) Our shamba is plot no. 578 Mukorino street.
I joined the field of business in 1993 of buying cereals and taking it to Nairobi up to 2008 where I started keeping Milk goat for I could not get time of going outside because of condition of my parents. I chose this business because the milk goat is very demanding because is very nutritious. I normally get six liters per day and sell at a rate of 100 kshs per litre. After giving my goats fodder, deworming and other requirement, I normally save kshs12,000 monthly. The only risk in this business is when my animal is sick.
