About Me

I am Ian Maina 27years old Kenyan. I am single, a first born of three. Am not living with my family since my mother is working in the countryside at a place called Nanyuki.
I am a computer Science graduate from Makerere university.
From campus I have been offering computer services to individuals and companies and I manage to pay my bills and have started a few businesses in partnership and now running a business for clothes, shoes and accessories. This business is about five months old and it's growing due to customers liking my products and referring more customers which is becoming a challenge since I Iack sufficient funds to get what the customers want with urgency.I am grateful for my friend who has told me about Zidisha.
I play rugby, like reading, networking(especially for business) and travelling.

My Business

My business involves buying and selling of new and second hand clothes, shoes and accessories. The strength of my business is that I also market through friends and networks and use social media like whats app and online shops like olx.
The business can generate up to 3500 on a good day but on average it brings 1000-1500 a day.
My main challenge is insufficient funds to stock and get customer orders at a short notice.
Many customers like my products because they are quality and unique.I also offer best possible services including delivering to busy customers.
If I manage to get the loan, I will use half of it to add stock and the other half for short notice orders. This will greatly improve my business.

Loan Proposal

My business involves buying and selling of new and second hand clothes, shoes and accessories. The strength of my business is that I also market through friends and networks and use social media like whats app and online shops like olx. I will use the loan $150 to increase my stock i.e cloths and shoes which i will source from Uganda since products are cheap there and of good quality.
The business can generate up to 3500 on a good day but on average it brings 1000-1500 a day.I also offer best possible services including delivering to busy customers.
If I manage to get the loan, I will use half of it to add stock and the other half for short notice orders. This will greatly improve my business.

Therefore am in a good position to repay my installments in time.

God bless the entire zidisha community.
