About Me

My name is Kwame Jagri from Dambai in the Oti Region of Ghana. I am a young graduate of Bueman Senior High School, Jasikan where I studied Agriculture. After graduating from School, my father died and I as the elder son had to take care of the family, so I went in to farming to put what I learnt in school into practice while I make some earns meat to feed the family as well. I'm now happily married with 3 children.

My Business

I am a professional farmer and also rear animals. I have Cassava farms, Yam, maize farms and more. I have been farming since 2003 after graduating from SHS. It has been good as I have employed about two workers on my farm and 1 worker in my animals farm. I also have people who work for me on part-time basis. I have a tricycle which I use to convey my farm produce and also supply to my customers who buys in bulk. Its my strong desire to produce food in large quantities and export to the world some day so I am highly focused.

Loan Proposal

It's the yam, planting season here in Ghana and I am expanding my farm this year by 2 hectares so I need more money to invest in my yam farm this year as customers demand for the yam has made it possible for me to farm more yam this year.

Income Source

I will repay this loan from the money to make on sales of Cassava and fowls which are in higher demand during this Easter season.
