About Me

I'm Theresa Eduboah, I am from Cape Coast ,central Region and live in Gleefe/ Accra ,capital region of Ghana . l am the third born in the family of five in my family. My mother is alive but unfortunately enough my father dead when l was schooling and my mum do everything possible to assist me to complete my school and l will also try as much as possible to take good care of her.
Ever since l was a child l like going to school so by the Grace of the Almighty God,l have completed both Junior and senior high school. l have trained has a graphic designer.I learned screen printing,design,commercial art, promotional advertising , lettering, layout and structural design. But due to physical capital to get materials and machinery to start my own business.l find some companies and work with them for sometime,my goal is owning my own sign company,Later, l decided to pursue my dream of starting my own sign enterprise in my community. After one year I realized that I had found my nitch and now have owned my own sign business for 3years. I set up this business in my area because l find out that no body has this business there so people travel far before they have these services .l started my own business in my town to enable the people in the area to get easy access to graphic designing in my community. My hobbies are , going out with friends. swimming ,
travelling and listening music . Also
hand lettering signs and painting murals is my hobby.l put on spectacles on occationally but that does not mean l have a sight effect.

My Business

l am a trained and professional designer. At the moment l work at home . And l do provides very good designing services. I design bill board, sign board , school uniforms , make a poster; type a letter; create a business logo, a magazine , an album cover etc without the necessary equipment l am unable to maintain designing . l travels to shops in other communities where l pays to use machines for all of my contracted works. I work at home and l would like to get my own rented shop .There is a demand for this service. My customers prefer my business to others because l impress customers with my professionalism and creativity.The risk is lack of physical capital.
The business is profitable and sometimes l make GHC 500 a day and even more when business is good. l need Zidisha micro-loan and it will help me buy machinery , Rent a shop and materials need for my small business.and allowing me to take on more customers and provide the community with a alternative for their print design needs.when l get the loan to buy the machine and the materials l will not travel to other community and pay to use machines and l can use that money to repay my loans too. l will invest the money into the business so that l will get more job, more profit and repay my loan on time.

Loan Proposal

Thank you zidisha Microfinance and all the lenders very much for given me another chance to apply for my third loan. Your second loan has helped me a lot because l have seen improvement in my life and business.When l get this third loan l will add to my savings so that l will buy small Generator for my business. This will help me to have reliable power supply for my business. Because of electricity problem in my country my business is facing the problem of unreliable power supply and the generator will assist me solve this problem for my business to continue growing. l will use some of the loan to buy laptop netbook, laptop ,screenprinting, Digital Camera, Printing Board, Printing Paint and Printing Mesh. Now, l travels to stores in other area where l pay to use machines for all of my contracted works.It shall allowing me to take on more customers and provide the area with a alternative for their print design needs. My business is profitable and sometimes l do get GHC 500 a day and sometimes when l get contract l get more than this. When l get the loan l will be able to repay my loan because l will stop paying to use machines for all of my works at other shops .l do believe strongly that this will assist me to have more profit and income so that l will repay my loan and reinvest into the business. I am asking Zisdisha Microfinance and Lenders to assist my business because this is good and profitable business.
