About Me

My name is Florence Abban and I am
27 years of age and a level 300
student of Twifo Praso Nursing Training School of Ghana studying general nursing. I lived in Winneba a town in the central region of Ghana. My parent had seven children and am the last born of among the seven kids. I struggled very hard to complete my Secondary School Education due to the large family Size of my parents. At some point I need to defer my course because my parents couldn't raise money to pay for my school fees. I had dream of becoming a nurse so I became a street hawcker selling pure water and bottle water for survival and I managed to raise some money to pay up my school fees. There is always light at the tunnel now here I am becoming a professional nurse in my country. My dream is to become a high profile nurse and build a clinic in my community in other
to provide effective and efficient nursing care to support the health needs of my community.

My Business

I have open a small grocery store for my mother to cater for some part of the family needs where we sell
stuffs such as rice, beans eggs milk Milo sugar minerals and other products. My other source of income comes from the allowance support scheme that the government of Ghana provide for nursing training colleges students. With the allowance support and the income that comes from my grocery shop I will use some part of the money to pay up the loans zidisha will offer me on weekly or monthly basis. The amount of the allowance support scheme is 450 and the income I made from my grocery store every month is about 500 so in all I received about 1000 Ghana every month as a net income. And am optimistic that payment to zidisha loan would be paid on time and there wouldn't be any delay. Thanks to Zidisha family

Loan Proposal

This loan will help me to expand my grocery shop and to be able to restock the shop and to meet consumers need. I have a strong assertion that by the end of this year I would do a facelift of the shop into a container shop.

Income Source

It quite challenging under this current system where covid has taking over the world but we still need to survive to reduce economic hardships.
With the allowance support and the income that comes from my grocery shop I will use some part of the money to pay up the loans zidisha will offer me on weekly or monthly basis. The amount of the allowance support scheme is 450GH and the income I made from my grocery store every month is about 500GH so in all I received about 1000 Ghana every month as a net income. And hope to pay ontime to zidisha loan payment scheme with no delay. Thanks to Zidisha family
