I'm Adwo Lambon. I'm a married woman with two kids. I was born and raised in Tambona a village in the nothern part of Ghana. l completed Junior High School but due to financial problems i couldn't continue my education. I then decided to go and learn how to sew clothing(seamtress) in the year 2012. so after four years of apprenticeship, i became a qualified person. After acquiring my own workplace i decided to add a little business to it where i sell a varied of items such as buttons, zips, lining, biers, etc. It's been a very busy and i'm really enjoying my work.
My business is moving on smoothly as i'm into dress making and also sells a varied of items. My business is very enjoyable as i interact with different people on daily basis. My busy times are when there a lot of social gatherings such ad funerals, festivals, church activies and many other activies. I make a lot of money during these seasons. Many peoole also come to my shop to buy things like zips, buttons, kente clothes, lining, etc.
This loan will be used in paying the hospital bills of my little son who has just been diagnosed with liver cancer. The loan will be used to buy medicines as well as pay laboratory tests and other hospital expenses. I will used the remaining to buy zips, buttons, lining, and many clothing materials to add to my store. I also make dress from my seamtress business and some of the money will help me to make mre dresses for sale.
I have store in which i sell of clothing materials such as lining, zips, buttons, biers and many other items. I also make money from my seamtress business. Therefore i have been saving part of the money i get from my seamtress work as well as my store. This reserved money is meant to take care of any unforeseen situation that might come up. In case of any risk this money will be used to take care of it.
