Project Proposal

The view I have for this loan I am applying for, is for me to pay my tuition fee. I am under GCE and I go for night school classes and the lessons commerce's at 8PM. It's with the lack of not having enough money I have failed to pay my tuition fees therefore I would like to be helped with funds because with your help all my dreams, goals and wishes will definitely come true.
