About Me

Ebenezer Amfo is my name, born on 27th March, 1982, I am therefore 35 years old. Born in a town called Agona Swedru in the central region of the republic of Ghana, but brought up in a farming community called Twifo-Praso. Both parent were farmers. I combined my farming with my parent and schooling from age eight. It was a struggle to be complete basic school in the year 2003, and then proceed to Takoradi Technical Institute, where I studied Auto mechanics, and completed in 2007. I could not continue after second cycle since I lost both parent and I need to work full in order to take care of myself.
Currently, I am doing a Higher National Diploma in Takoradi Polytechnic and at the same time selling second clothing at Takoradi market circle during non class hours.

My Business

Doing Higher National Diploma at the Takoradi Polytechnic doing auto mechanics and during non class hours I sell bales of second hand clothing at the Takoradi market circle. I employed two person (male and female) who assist me in selling these item, for which I pay them commission. The little I get I used part to feed myself and siblings, pay their bill and I used part to pay my school fees. I failed several time to raise loan from the local banks due to collateral and high interest rate. It' s my hope to get enough money to buy more good from the direct source so that I can sell at lower price to my customer. Near this Christmas festivities, there is high demand for my goods.
