My name is Moses Mashoko. I live in Lusaka's Chelston area. I am married to a Patricia and together we have three children.
Patricia works as a nurse at one of the local clinics. I am a businessman who hires out motor vehicles to individuals and companies.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, transport business has been slow, so I used some of the money which I borrowed from Zidisha lenders to open a grocery store.
My main business is selling household goods in my Shop which is located in Chelston township.
I sell various types of household goods, such as cleaning detergents, foodstuffs and soft drinks.
I plan to use the loan to stock up on essential home supplies for my grocery store.
I recently opened a grocery store in our residential area which sells various types of household goods.
My store has become popular with residents in our area and I am glad that I made the quick decision to invest in a new business, as I am making more money through selling groceries than what I was making in my previous business.
My store is situated in a good location of our residential area and this has contributed to the urge profits that I am making.
The shop is located opposite a bus station and when people are going into town or they are coming back home from work, they usually pass through my Shop to buy essential home commodities.
