My name is Emmanuel. I am a farmer of Mkushi district. I grow maize which I sell to the national food association. I am married to Christine and we have two children.

My first crop has grown and is ready for harvest. The profits that I will make from the sell of the maize would be used to repay my Zidisha loan. I will also buy seeds and fertilizers for the next crop which I plan to plant next week.

Loan Proposal

I plan to use the Ito purchase organic fertilizer to add to my maize crop.

My maize crop is doing well and it has reached the stage where I need to apply fertilizer. I have opted to use organic fertilizer because I sell my maize to clients who prefer organic foodstuffs.
