My name is Stavia Chali a Zambia citizen aged 22 years old. I am the second born and a student at Gideon Robert University studying clinical medicine.
I also a ran a business which supports me and help pay my school bills. Currently am studying Diploma in Clinical Medicine, therefore am trying to work and graduate with good results for me to get higher job with good monthly income in the near future.
My Business
I have tailoring and designing shop where I sew clothing for the general public, these goods are Uniforms, school jerseys of different schools, men's , ladies and children's clothing. Day to day, people want to buy uniforms, clothing to dress and look nice.
Therefore, I supply them because of being in high demand and I generate more profits. Hence I will be glad to access a loan from Zidisha and use it wisely to earn more money and expand my business should my loan be successful.
Project Proposal
I would like to buy a new sewing machine as the old one is giving challenges. I have good orders of sewing school uniforms, reusable washable pads for a female orphanage organisation in our community. This will create more income for me because the income I will realize in sewing school uniforms and school jerseys is bigger which requires me to a good sewing machine for a production of uniforms and items. For these Uniforms I will be making 12,000 ZMW as profit and if I include the jerseys, the total profits increase will come to 15,000 ZMW.
