l Rosina Agyare was born at Dompoase- Aprabon in kumasi. I had my basic education at the same place. After my basic education l wanted to continue my education to the senior secondary school level but my parent were having financial problems so l had to stay with a relative at Abijan Nkwanta where l was able to raise some funds to start this business.

My Business

I deal with hardware ( inches, plastic rubbers, shovels, hammers,nails, plywood etc.
The goods are in high demand as the area is a new area that is developing so people who are into construction and carpentry work have been buy from me and with the help of the loan i have been able to buy more goods to sell.

I will use this loan to buy bulky of the goods because my goods are my not able to supply my customers demands and which is not the best .
So hoping that with this loan i will be able to supply my customers demands in other to also gain profit

    Pls a complain i only receive 815 as my third loan but it is showing on my credit limit that i have receive 815 and 926 as my third and forth loan .meaning i have to both so am pleading the zidisha team show check for me i am not happy about it

      Hello Rosina,
      This discussion page is your place to communicate with your lenders, VM, your mentee. To reach Zidisha staff for help, you need to make a help message from your help page. They will assist you from there. But, before make a help message, I would like to advice you to retract your steps first.

      Your third loan disbursed to you on 10/12/2018 amount $ 191.72 , then your fourth loan disbursed to you on 28/12/2018 amount $ 168.74.
      Now, you need to check are all this information correct? If it so, check first all the third loan payments from your payment history page or from your repayment page (www.zidisha.org/loan/to-sup...) with your MTN/bank statements. If there are payments that hasn't credited to your account, you need to report it to the staff.
      The staff will assist you.

      Hello Rosina,
      I saw your thread in the forum.
      Btw, currently you have two active loan; the third loan and the fourth are active now. And you are currently paying on your third. If you have fully repay your third loan that disbursed to you on 10th December 2018, try to find the proof of payments then report it to Zidisha staff from your help.
      You are not alone. I've seen some borrowers payment around November to December missing that makes them have two loan active at the same time.
      I would suggest you to check your payment history page to track any missing payment and cross check it with your MTN/bank statements.

      Rosina, there is supposed to be only one loan per borrower at a time, so the fact that there are two loans appearing as active at the same time for you definitely is a technical bug in the system that you need to report to the Staff (www.zidisha.org/team) by clicking on the HELP link in your account and creating a support ticket. You do that by looking at the drop-down list of subject options and choosing one with a text-box available for typing a message and attaching screenshots and then sending the information privately to them like that.

      Fitri is right, you are not alone in having that problem. I hope you get in touch with the Staff and then I hope the issue will be resolved for you soon.

    I have been he complains from my family members that am not paying my loan .please due to this reason ,the customer has not been coming as they use to come at first that is why my payment is not flowing please am not evening happy about it

      A point of clarification, though, is that Zidisha does not charge any interest on loans.

      Unlike other lending organizations which charge interest *and* fees, Zidisha charges fees only.

      That said, it's true that the fees have increased in number and amount over the years, and this unfortunately is because there have been too many defaulters on the platform.

      The best way you can help to reduce the fees is always to pay on the due date or within the ten-day grace period after the due date, and to encourage all Zidisha borrowers you know to do the same.
