Hello, am frank mwenda, I was born and raised in Meru but currently I live in Nairobi. Am married and blessed with 4 kids 3 girls and 1 boy.
For me my family means everything to me I did not a achieve a lot but I would like to make that possible for my kids.
Am working hard to ensure they get the best education so that they can have a better future.
I started my business in 2018 after the company I was working for closed down and getting a new job got tricky, I had to find a way to feed my kids and that's when I got the idea of sourcing fresh groceries to bring it to the city and sell to the dwellers at an affordable price since life is already hard enough.
I sell groceries, ranging from tomatoes, onions, potatoes, green pepper and much more, the items are a must have in most families that's why I thought of the idea, for me to compete with existing marketing I had to find a better way to coop, I usually go to the farmers and buy from them at a wholesale price, for me I don't aim high profits, because if am able to sell more it means I make more even if the margin is low, I ensure it carters for all my costs and make something small in return.
I would like to request for your input in my business, this will ensure I get more products which means more profit thus growth in my business.
Thanks for the opportunity and I hope you partner with me.
First let me say thank you for the previous loans they have really my business a lot, i would like to apply for a new loan to help me get new stock for onions, tomatoes, green maize and potatoes, these are the items most of my customers order for and it will be very beneficial if I have enough stock.
I will invest KES 12000 to get 4 creates of tomatoes at kes 3000 each which will in return give me a profit of kes 500 per a create.
I will kes 15000 to get 170kg of onions which will earn me a profit of Kes 10 per a kg, I intend to invest kes 6000 on 2 sacks of potatoes and invest the remaining kes 5000 on green maize.
This will enable me meet my customers orders and help me grow my business.
Thanks for your support in advance and may God bless you.
With the ongoing pandemic I had to find ways to coop, that's why I started home deliveries this e surest safety of my customers since we agree on the delivery mode, to gain more customers I have advertised my products on online platforms which has given me an edge.
I believe with the measures I have taken they will enable me to repay my loan on time.
